For those of you who love sports as much as you love shopping, here’s something to cheer about: the new PINK NFL collection from Victoria’s Secret. The collection is currently available online and just hit select stores nationwide. The licensed merchandise includes sweats, tees, hoodies and hipster panties of your favorite NFL teams including the Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears, Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos, Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, New York Giants, New York Jets, Oakland Raiders, Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers, San Diego Chargers and Washington Redskins. The teams were chosen during the Pink Draft on the Victoria’s Secret PINK’s Facebook page last week. The winning teams that were “drafted” for the collection were based off of how many likes and comments each team received from their fans.
Victoria’s Secret also launched a PINK MLB collection back in March that offers tees, sweats, hoodies, tanks and shorts. The teams that scored home runs were the Los Angeles Angels, St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago Cubs, Los Angeles Dodgers, New York Mets, San Diego Padres, Philadelphia Phillies, Boston Red Sox, Minnesota Twins, Chicago White Sox and New York Yankees. While the collection is no longer available on the VS website, you can still find gear in stores and at the online at MLB store just in time for the playoffs. Let’s play ball!

Our favorite Laguna Beach blonde bombshell is taking another step towards creating a fashion line that hopes to reign even more successful than her last.
Lauren Conrad recently announced that she is in the works of a new higher-priced, contemporary line that will feature “specialty basics” and be quite different from her current line at Kohl’s.
With LC’s experience in the fashion industry, this might be her opportunity to show what she’s really got underneath that bronzed skin and perfect smile. Her current Kohl’s collection, LC by Lauren Conrad is cute, flirty, and certainly appealing to women ranging from 16 to 25 years old. However, it is not fashion-forward or in the least bit edgy and overly creative.
Perhaps LC needs a second chance to make a dent in the world of fashion the way she originally intended.
You can shop online for Lauren's current collection at Kohls.com.

The summer may be well underway, but that is no reason to not get your hands (or eyes) on a pair of shades that signify summer style. With the variety of colors and prints, the choices are endless. Try a fun plastic pair for casual outings and a sleek metal pair for affairs that are more conservative. Here are a few of my personal favorite pairs that can inspire you to create your own shady look for summer…or even fall!
gucci.com
1. These Gucci sunglasses combine the perfect combination of fun and formal. Their plastic frame is less sophisticated than a metal frame, but the brown and blue gradient creates a look that isn’t over the top. They are still noticeable and unique, but not too bright or tacky.

2. The color on these is perfect for autumn. Resembling the orange pigment in the season’s leaves, these David Yurman shades are ideal for late August and early September. And even now with a complimentary bathing suit, these are ready for the beach any day.

3. Metal lovers everywhere (and no, I don’t mean the music) slide on these snake-embossed Juicy Couture sunglasses for a clean, modern appeal. With two-toned lenses and a white frame, these are definitely the inspiration behind a simple summer chic.
For all you guys, don’t worry. I made some time to look up men’s shades that I thought were perfect for the summer or anytime of year. Although many of you might not think twice about accessorizing (or even once for that matter), investing in a quality pair of sunglasses is definitely a respectable and worthwhile fashion action.

1. The first place I looked was Oakley. Their stylish and sporty intent behind their designs creates the perfect pair of sunglasses for the guy that wants to seem laid back yet self-conscious in terms of ensemble. Try the Oakley Jupiter. With a variety of personalizing options, they meet anyone’s preferences. Not to mention, they slightly resemble Ray-Bans.

2. For the active guys out there, polarized lenses seem to be the big thing from the baseball field to the track. These Oakley Jawbone shades can come with two sets of lenses that you can replace yourself just by simply detaching the bottom half of the frame. Watch the video on Oakley.com to see it in action and to see all the styling options available.

3. Looking sleek and stylish isn’t just for girls. Don’t limit yourself to plastic, sport-inspired shades the entire summer. Go for the minimal, classic, and always sophisticated metal frame. These Ivan sunglasses from Banana Republic are cool enough to wear everyday without crossing over the “metro” line. |

Style is deeply personal. What looks great to one person may seem like a total disaster to another. My personal style has evolved tremendously in the past few years. However, catering to my fickle mind can mean running out of both money and closet space. My solution: Thrifting.
I have been donating clothes, shoes and accessories to my neighborhood's Salvation Army for years. If it doesn't fit anymore or you simply can't bear to wear it again, chances are it's just what someone else is looking for. And, I can almost guarantee that if you thoroughly search the aisles of any thrift store, you will find the garment to complete your wardrobe.
Below are 5 of my favorite thrift store finds, all for well under ten dollars each:

-This functions as a tube top, a high-waisted skirt and a beach cover-up. It’s particularly special because it was bought at a thrift store and later handed down to me by a friend. This is easily the most well worn garment in my closet.
-I have worn this bag every single day and night since the moment I bought it and I think I’ll have it forever. -This skirt is a wonderful addition to my over-the-top collection of hounds-tooth print clothing. - Because everyone needs a metallic silver tank top.
-These black high-waisted shorts are extremely versatile. They can be worn casually with a simple tank top or spiced up with a belt and a fancy top for a night out. |

Always the go-to store for effortlessly cool clothes, Urban Outfitters (UO) is at it again with their Urban Renewal line. Urban Renewal features pieces that are “one-of-a-kind, handcrafted in Philadelphia from vintage, deadstock and surplus materials sourced from around the world,” according to the UO website. They also offer some actual vintage items such as cowboy boots and leather belts. To keep true to their “one-of-a-kind” motto, the product descriptions note that all products vary slightly in pattern and color from what is pictured on the website. This ensures that no two pieces will ever be the same! To top it all off the price points couldn’t be better for such unique merchandise. Check it out for yourself at www.urbanoutfitters.com. Want to see behind the scenes? Take a look at posts from the Urban Renewal Diary on Urban Outfitter’s blog: http://blog.urbanoutfitters.com/blog/category/renewal. Happy shopping!

Summer style. You immediately think denim cut-offs, floral sundresses, and colorful bikinis. It's impossible to deny the light and cheerful air that defines this beachy season. However, while spending the summertime in NYC, I've learned that even on the brightest days, fashionistas can make quite a statement in an all-black ensemble. Manhattanites have perfected the art of a chic black outfit, so here are a couple of tips to incorporate this simple look into your more elaborate summer wardrobe.
Little Black Dress - A good LBD is always a dependable option, and here's a nice summer spin on the classic. With a plunging V cutout in the back, this dress says summer fun while remaining sleek.

Itsy Bitsy Black Bikini – Bring the heat to the beach with a basic, yet sexy black bathing suit. If you’re feeling a little daring, take it one step further in a black one-piece with cutouts for an edgy aspect.

Stay on Trend - Midriff tops, done right, are one of this summer's hottest looks. The following pieces can be paired for a great night outfit. With just a glimpse of skin breaking up this all-black ensemble, it’s perfect for a head-turning effect.

So wherever you UDressers might be this summer, don’t be afraid to embrace this signature Manhattan look. |

I'll admit it--I'm a HUGE Clueless fan and I'll always be like totally in love with it.
Naturally, this fashion girl's ears certainly perk up when Cher mentions the like totally important designers of her totally stellar (and high-tec) wardrobe, ie: this is an Alaia! Well luckily for us Cher Horowitz followers, Francisco Costa, designer of Calvin Klein has recreated Cher's iconic white dress. Available in both white and red, the dress can only be purchased from the store Confederacy (shopconfederacy.com) for a limited time! Cover-up this dress? AS IF!

Whitney Port and I share a few things in common: We both interned with Teen Vogue, we both love girly clothes and Lauren Conrad, and we both live in New York City. So with all our similarities, I figured it was time to check out her line, Whitney Eve.
All the clothes are "made with love" and are romantic and airy. Each piece can stand alone, as well as blending in with the ethereal collection. Classic cut garments in bright, poppy colors and prints are sure to make her line a hit!
With a definite tilt towards the girly girl who loves to dress up, any piece from the Whitney Eye line (I want one of those to-die-for blazers or golden-hued dresses!) would be the perfect for a night out or a special day-time occasion.

If you thought vampires like Edward Cullen were sexy, then take a look at his human lover from the Twilight movies, Kristen Stewart. It’s no wonder why Edward finds it difficult to not take a bite…
Although Kristen was acting long before the Twilight phenomenon took her life by storm, it wasn’t until she was cast as Bella Swan that her style emerged into the public eye. Known for her “tomboy chic” look, Kristen can also be girly and she flawlessly shows us how to wear the best of both worlds. With her short boyish haircut and stern, striking green eyes, Kristen’s style comes off as low-maintenance and slightly rebellious with almost anything she puts on. A classic everyday ensemble tends to consist of Converse or Vans sneakers with skinny jeans, a graphic T-shirt, and a leather or bomber jacket. But, we can’t help but notice her killer long legs and petite figure in photo shoots when she sports tight dresses, short shorts, and Louboutin heels.
Kristen has said that she finds it strange when people try and copy her style because she doesn’t think about what she puts on every day. However, it seems her easy-going attitude is what makes her overall air appealing to the masses. And its not just fans that are digging her bad to the bone look; magazines like Harper’s Bazaar, Teen Vogue, Nylon and Allure have all featured Kristen in fashion editorials.
K-Stew, as Twilight fans have dubbed her, continues to be pictured for her daring and different fashion. Whether she thinks she has style or just common sense, K-Stew is no doubt someone who defines iconic style.
Make sure to check out Kristen in action in the next chapter in the Twilight saga, Eclipse, which hits theaters next Wednesday, June 30th! |

Who would've thought writing a blog about your passion for fashion could land you with your very own bag?
Well for a few lucky bloggers, Coach produced their designs and are available for purchase.
My personal favorite is this pink satchel by Cupcakes and Cashmere blogger, Emily. At almost $500, it'll have to go on my wish list, but it's candy pink color and classic shape are as sweet as cupcakes and cashmere.
